The evening will begin with a brief embodiment practice of breath, sound, movement, and touch to shake out the nerves, release the day, and allow ourselves to arrive fully in the NOW.
We’ll then move into our heart-centered, loving and supportive evening of open mic sharing! Music, poetry, dance, comedy, storytelling, speaking, and presenting your artwork are all very welcome! Each share will be capped at approximately 5 minutes with a little grace period.
