Who is HELD for?
Held is first and foremost for those who desire to journey powerfully for 7 months with a consistent container of humans who are creatively alive and open to the magic of life, while deep on the path of re-wilding, embodying our eros, speaking our truth, and embracing death.

In HELD, we focus on the medicine of INTEGRATION.
Being part of this container is a beautiful way to merge your daily life with peak experiences you may have had during plant medicine journeys, shamanic containers, while traveling, through relationships or at the end of one, or any number of life experiences that feel they have shaken-up your status quo.
HELD is about learning to consistently CARESS yourself
in the full-spectrum being-ness of who you are.
From your most fiery, rageful, wild expression, to the tenderest, sweetest gentle orgasmic opening– we get to meet our fragile humanness with open hands, full acceptance, and immense care and grace, while remembering that we don’t have to do this all alone.

We begin by un-earthing our connection to our ROOTS, calling upon our ancestors, and surrendering to the medicine of Mother Earth– the land from where we come and to which we will all return.

July 2023
Call Dates: July 11th & July 25th
Held by The Body’s Wisdom
Primal. Animal. Raw. Tender. Earthy. The body is with us from the moment we’re born and will return to this plane the moment we die. The body will be our guide and #1 teacher throughout these 7 months and over the course of our lives. This month we will listen to the body by slowing down, practicing different emotional release techniques, giving ourselves touch and care, and invoking our primal animal nature.

This month we work with the energy of the EROTIC, inviting in pleasure, working with our sex and sacral centers and welcoming in the spirit of Eros as medicine and as the force of creation itself.

of the VOICE
The VOICE is what allows us to communicate our truth, passion, purpose, and essence to the world. When energy is stuck and stagnant in our body, moving it directly through the throat via sound, song, breath, and tone is one of the most efficient and effective ways to cleanse and clear the body. This spiral we will explore different techniques of opening the voice, singing, sounding, toning, and stoking our creativity through vocal expression.

of DEATh
Death, the hand that takes us all. This month we explore our relationship to the DARK. We explore “shadow” emotions like rage, shame, grief, guilt,. and anything that lives beneath the veil. We also tap into the VOID from which we come and to which we will all return, finding that place of no-mind beyond personality and beyond soul, the DARK source of creation.

HELD in our Soul’s Calling
We’ve all incarnated onto planet Earth for a reason. If you’re reading this page right now, then I imagine you’re one whose committed to following the yearning of your soul. This month we hold each other through the evolutionary process of tapping the root of our HUNGER, and taking steps to actualize our planetary purpose.

HELD by the Circle of COMMUNITY
As humans, we are tribal beings who quite literally need our pack to survive. During this final spiral, we sink even deeper into the web of support we’ve cocreated throughout this journey. We allow the fabric of our cells to be nourished and nurtured by the medicine of human community.
The intention of this 7 month spiral of surrender is to drop into the multifarious ways the universe is always holding us so as to allow through our full expression of LIFE.
This is a group experience.
