Why would we work inside the yoni?
The Yoni is one of the most tender and sensitive parts of the body and is quite literally a portal of creation that can birth projects, songs, art, ideas, and humans into being. And, most of us didn’t grow up in a culture that taught us to revere, honor, and hold sacred, this powerful part of the body. Working inside of the yoni– with yoni’s consent– can be a way to release stored shame and stuck stories living inside the tissue of the vaginal walls as well as rebuild your relationship with receiving, moving slowing, and opening new pathways of greater sensation inside and around the yoni.
What is de-armoring?
We often learn to NUMB powerful sensations and emotions from a young age onward because it hasn’t been safe for us to express and embody them. De-armoring is the process of removing the shields or armor we have energetically and sometimes physically placed around our precious, powerful, sacred emotions and bodily sensation. As we de-armor, we re-sensitize the body to be able to fully FEEL pleasure again as well as express freely our rage, shame, grief, guilt, etc.
