TheThyroid Story Sharing Circle is a place for anyone with a thyroid imbalance to come connect with other warriors on the path of thyroid healing. The circle is designed as a space to share wisdom with one another and to witness and be witnessed in our deepest pain and ecstatic joy as we walk from confusion and isolation into clarity and connection. Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis is where my lived experience lies, but anyone with a thyroid imbalance is welcome!

At age 14, Anna was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid (a small butterfly shaped gland in the throat space) leading to severe imbalances in the thyroid hormones. Her connection to her voice, womb, and throat chakra has been and is vital on her healing journey.
