In this weekend workshop we’ll gather to awaken ancient practices of…

~ Somatic Release through breath work, dance, and movement

A focus of this immersion will be the ancient art of

Womb Pulsing is a healing art of the Tibetan Womb Khandros, from the lineage of pre-patriachal Tibetan Feminine Womb Shamans. This ancient healing art derives from the native Tibetan Bon Shamanism tradition, where women were believed to have miraculous powers in their womb and could initiate others.
It’s a physical practice that awakens your wild feminine essence and the living pulse of Shakti.
It opens pathways of passion, power, and PLEASURE. Womb pulsing also moves stuck and stagnant energy and reawakens our primordial heartbeat within the womb which echoes the pulse of Mama Gai'a.
